I loved the product when it came in the mail. The ordering experience with your phone tech person was a nightmare. He was rude, opinionated, & made the whole ordering process something I hope I don't ever have to go through again. I saved his text messages on my phone for a while, but didn't think anyone would even care, so I deleted them. I'm sure nothing will be done to correct this person's phone manners. I ordered THREE of the bumpers just so I never have to go online or text your "help" center ever again. In the future, I'd really love it if I could just order what I need for replacement parts for my vacuum without having to deal with your "text help" phone person.

The bumper pad was a perfect fit/replacement for our PN-2 power head! Thanks RainVac!
