The company went above and beyond. They reached out to ensure i had the correct part and wasn't buying something I didnt need.

We received this 30’ hose accessory yesterday. We weren’t sure how well it would clean with air flow/suction performance due to the added length. Our house is 6,000 sq. Ft. and has large rooms with various floor surfaces, including carpet. The SRX did a great job using this long hose. It was a pleasant surprise - it worked great! It was much like the central vacuum system hose in our previous home. Dust and debris were swept away much the same as the standard SRX hose - and the water pan had the usual amount of dirt in the water each time it was emptied. The house looks and smells clean as usual and it was an easier experience having the extended hose length. If you are used to a long hose, or need a lot more reach for a large home, vaulted ceilings, and timber beams this is for you. I can honestly recommend this product. We are pleased we took the chance and gave it a try - it’s a keeper.
