This is a great vacuum. I am doing a total rebuild and the guys at Rainvac have been outstanding, from returning items, replacing broken items due to shipping, and d.i.y. paradise to be able to get FREE tech support on the parts and anything else relating to your rainbow. I have had a hard time finding videos for my model of rainbow on line, and these guys have met and exceeded my expectations at every turn. Highly recommended . . . . they will get you running again!!
