Some older model PN-2E power nozzle thumbwheels are starting to stick, this is an improved factory replacement.

This is a new version that snaps into place. The old version, that was screwed in, is no longer available and must be updated to this version.

Manufacturer stamp on the side may list as R11085 CAV 2. Previous version snap design may have R11085 K1 or CAV 1.

3 Year Warranty on manufacturer defect. Please send a picture of the broken item to tech support.

I compared the new "improved" part I just received with the broken original one. The cam that determines the height setting is definitely smaller on the new part than on the original! The wife is not happy with the lack of having three positions for height! Please fix this problem!

The description states it has been redesigned. It has, it appears to still be a three position part, but the cam that determines the height is smaller, resulting in reality it is only possible to have two positions.
