Note: This belt during normal use will heat up and stretch. Over time it loses elasticity and doesn't provide the torque to clean at optimal efficiency. This is the #1 reason for a loss of performance.

This kit includes two beater strips, two brush strips and two thread guards for the center belt driven brush roll that fits models PN-2E and PN-2. The two beater strips help apply more vibration to help clean heavier sand deep in the carpet.

Stripped brush roll for the power nozzle model PN-2E and PN-2. This item does include the end bearings.

Brush strip for the R5590 brush roll assembly. The brush roll requires four total and needs to be installed correctly. Look closely on how the original brush strip is installed and be sure to install the new one the same way. The raised bar side needs to be in the correct position or it will affect performance.

The bristle length on this brush roll is 73/200 inch or .365 inch. Comparison 3/8 inch is .375 inch. So the bristle length on a new brush roll assembly is just shy of 3/8 inch.

Also be sure to install the brush roll assembly correctly. The groove that is cut on one end of the brush roll needs to be installed with it on the same side as the spare belt compartment. Installing the brush roll backward will affect performance. Your owner's manual will show you correctly how to install.

If you have an issue with your power nozzle "skipping" across the carpet, then this replacement part can help.

You can also try vacuuming in a different direction to see if that helps solve the issue.

Beater strip without bristles for the R5590 brush roll assembly. Fits the PN-2E and PN-2 power nozzle.

Pivot arm for the model PN-2E power nozzle that DOES NOT use the R5836 upright lock clip. If your power nozzle uses the R5836, then you need part number R8119 pivot arm.

Effective serial number 7617932.

Effective serial number 7763130 with a start date of July 13th 2005 through current production. If your cord has the white connector that plugs into the motor, then this is an exact match.

This cord may have R7203 stamped into the end of the plug. This number is also stamped onto all the "Related Items" as well so you can NOT go by R7203 as a match.

Roller strut for all PN-2E power nozzle designs. This part has been improved over the original design that use springs and was screwed into place.

This revised version is a direct replacement for the original design and does not require modifications for this to fit.

Some older model PN-2E power nozzle thumbwheels are starting to stick, this is an improved factory replacement.

The pivot bar raises and lowers the struts to allow for height adjustment on different length of carpet. Fits all PN-2E power nozzles.

Manifold gasket for the R8201 and R12900 manifold.

The R8201 manifold fit versions 1, 2, and 3 of the PN-2E power nozzle and also the PN-2 power nozzle. The R12900 manifold fit the version 5 PN-2E power nozzle.
