The e2 (Gold) was the start of the new "Hurricane" motor. The power and performance were increased as well as the water lift which improved when shampooing your carpet. This unit carries an 8-year motor, 4 years on everything else, and a lifetime labor warranty. The Rainbow is famous for durability, but if you experience a problem or a general question, we will be here to help from the beginning to the end.
All warranty work is done the same day. This unit is completely Brand New. Every nut, screw, and bolt.
