The D4C SE (Special Edition) carries a complete 4 year warranty on everything and a 10 year labor warranty. Over time, the factory has improved this model in several different ways including the quality of the parts. All brand new units will get the most current parts available from Rexair.
If something should go wrong, all you have to do is call and our specialists are here to help. If it is not something simple that can be handled over the phone, we will have your unit picked up at your home the next day for free. We service more Rainbows than any other company in the world. All warranty work is done the same day.

Thank you very much for your prompt attention to my order! I purchased a rainbow about 20 years ago. Recently my son purchased a new home and I took my vaccum to use while they were moving in. My daughter-in-law asked me if I was giving them the vacuum and I made the mistake of answering yes - so I was without my Rainbow and truly no home should be without one!
