2/5 by Roller stops constantly on Feb 14 2025
Works great on my couch. But when I use it on stairs it’s absolutely horrible. The roller stops spinning with any pressure and it doesn’t pick up hair at all. It’s completely useless on carpet. This was a waste of money. Disappointed with how bad it performs being this attachment alone cost more than most vacuums at Walmart.
