Water pan neck for all E2 Type 12 and E-2 (e SERIES™) Rainbow models effective serial number 9280000.
To replace, cut the plastic melted heads that hold this item in place. You can hand turn a large drill bit, or use a dremel tool to lightly score and remove. This will then allow you to use TWO screws like the link shows to then install the new neck.
