I am not happy with my experience with rainvac. I waited 3 weeks for my part. I was told it was delivered, however there was no package found. After I informed rainvac, they did make an attempt to correct. After 3 more weeks a package was delivered. Unfortunately the part will not fit my rainbow vacuum cleaner. It is made with the correct profile but it too short.
