Details
The early version D4C had two screw studs that allowed the handle to break. This version has 4 screw studs to prevent the problem from happening again.
If you have the TWO hole version, you have two options:
- Drill four holes in the cap assembly to fit this part;
- Purchase the cap and cover assembly complete.
The factory no longer includes the handle pad or appliqués on this item.
Warranty
This model carries a complete 1-year parts warranty against manufacturer defects.
If something should go wrong, all you have to do is call the toll-free number, and our specialists will help you troubleshoot or schedule a pickup service at your doorstep.

People buying this are likely converting from the two screw to the four screw cover, different size screws at that. You should include the four screws with this cover, even if that means you bump the price. I forgot to order them and my local hardware didn't have the exact match.
