We traded in a D3 main unit that needed the motor replaced for a refurbished D4C. The D4C from RainVac functions perfectly and all of the D3 attachments, water pan, and wheels work as well. Could not be happier.

The unit was nice. It replaced a 20+ year old unit that only recently stopped running. Suction is better than the old one, but it has a high pitched whine from the motor.

I paid a lot for this product and it is unusable. There is something wrong with the motor brushes or something else inside and the machine spews graphite which gets all over the floor and walls of the room.

Please call our tech team ASAP. Did you run it without the separator? This can cause water to blow out the exhaust.
