Items arrived promptly and were of correct size for my vacuum. Quality is very good. Ordering and follow up emails were straight forward. I only needed the two straight wand pieces, but I think it was cheaper to order the 3 pc set vs. ordering the straight wands by themselves. The curved wand will go in the closet as an extra just in case.
