Amazing customer service. It was refreshing to encounter old school service. This company was genuinely focused on fixing my problem with respect and friendliness. They took the time to understand and then recommend the perfect solution. I highly recommend them.
4/5 by Like the product, not the cost on Nov 30 2025
The product is of good quality. However not happy with the price. With how expensive the rainbow vacuum is, the replacement parts shouldn't cost as much.

The new hose is great. Much better than the original anaconda hose I fought since purchasing this machine. The machine is heavy and the hose takes a beating when you are pulling the vacuum around. This one works great and I plan on buying a spare.
