Details
The larger water pan has several benefits. Fits models E2 Type 12 (Silver, e2 Gold), and E-2 (e SERIES™).
NOTE: Does NOT fit the Black Series Dolly which has 5 wheels and not 4 wheels like the matching dolly that came standard with models above!
It is designed for heavy duty jobs when the standard water pan gets thick with dirt very quickly. Once the water gets thick, you begin to lose the filtering benefit of water. Use this larger water pan to allow twice as much water for the dirt to filter through.
The larger water pan is also a benefit when you are doing water pickup. Either with a hose or using the AquaMate accessory, you will not have to dump the water pan as often.
We highly recommend this item if you have pets that shed heavily.
NOTE: NEVER leave the Rainbow stored over the water pan. Moisture will evaporate into the motor, shortening its life.
Warranty
3 Year Warranty on manufacturer defect. Please send a picture of the broken item to tech support.

I was initially hesitant about getting one of these due to the size & filled-weight. Well, the pros of not having to empty the basin in the middle of vacuuming greatly outweigh any cons. Do yourself a favor, get one like I did. It isn't overly cumbersome to fill with smallish sinks.
