OEM product. There are two variants for this faceplate - one with screws and one that snaps it. My rainbow was a snap-in type and I accidentally bought the screw-in type. Luckily I had spare screws and was able to secure it into place. Great product. Great service.

Ordered the wrong part. Was refunded cost of item & reordered the correct part. Price was good, delivery was fast & on time. I have no regrets ordering parts form you. Will tell all my friends to order parts from you if they ever need vacuum parts.
