"Works perfectly and so much cheaper that original Rainbow products! Excellent customer service, too! I emailed asking questions about attachments bc I got mine used from someone that no longer wanted theirs and it came with no attachments. They responded fast and with links to all my questions."

"I began to notice a little bit of wear at the tip of the crevice tool after 20 years of use. That’s right, 20 years! I had to replace another attachment because it was lost, so I decided to purchase the crevice tool as well. I have to say the newer tools were every bit as sturdy as the older ones. Excellent quality! PS I found the lost one. ????????♀️"
