If you hate to move the Rainbow, then this hose is for you.
You should be able to reach everywhere with this. If you don't have carpet and have a lot of bare floors, you can use this as your everyday hose.
This standard non-electric hose fits the D4C, D3C, D3A, D2A, D2, and D model Rainbow systems. This hose DOES NOT have electric connections and will not work with the power nozzle. It is for use with the standard attachments and wet pickup.
Rexair has tested and shown only a 10% loss of airflow compared to the standard 8 foot hose.

"I like this hose, overall. It does not lose suction (at least not noticeably on hardwood floors). Its length makes it difficult to manage, though. If your house is laid out in a way that you can leave the vacuum by the wall where it's plugged in and just walk around with the hose, then you will love it. If you have a lot of furniture and have to move the unit as well as the hose, you might think it's more trouble than it's worth! It definitely makes stairs easier, as you can leave the unit on the upper or lower level and do a whole set of stairs. "

"I have had my Rainbow vac for 25yr and love it, The one thing they didn't have when I bought the vac was it didn't have this long hose, when I saw this I had to get it. I will finally have a hose that I can leave the base on the floor and reach my 25ft ceiling! "
