I have had a very good experience with our rainbow E2 vaccum. We have owned a rainbow since 1989. This is #3 for us. A very good product. I had a bad connection hose to the sweeper with the new one. I made a phone call, and a new one was mailed immediately. Very good service!! No problems since. Thank you for your service. Very pleased customer!!

Fantastic folks to deal with. Received my order a few days earlier than expected. There was one small issue, called the customer service number and it was taken care of immediately. Do wish they would include an owner's manual and warranty information with the shipment, but you can always go online and print the manual. Overall very satisfied.
